Next-Gen Orthotics

Backed by research. Built for comfort.

We Do Orthotics. Better!

Our Next-Gen Orthotics represent a new standard in how custom orthotics are made.
Printed on our state-of-the-art multi-colour pellet 3D printer and designed in-clinic by your podiatrist, each pair offers exceptional precision, comfort, and turnaround speed — made and fitted within days, not weeks.

The Future Is Here!

  • Designed, printed, and fitted in-clinic
  • Printed using advanced TPU with variable density zones.
  • Millimetre-perfect accuracy (up to 0.3 mm)
  • Softer cushioning + firmer control where you need it
  • Ready within 24-48 hours days on average
These are not “lab-made” orthotics. They’re custom devices, produced under one roof by the same clinician who assessed you. Additive TPU printing uses only the material required, reducing waste compared to traditional fabrication.

The Process

3D Scan

A detailed digital scan of your feet captures every contour and pressure point with 0.3 mm accuracy, providing a perfect foundation for your custom device.

CAD Design by Your Podiatrist

Using professional CAD software, your podiatrist designs the orthotic with precise control over shape, flexibility, and material zones.
Softer regions are placed under high-pressure points; firmer areas add control where alignment needs correction.

In-House 3D Printing

Once finalised, the design is printed in-clinic using thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
The material’s unique multi-density structure allows us to embed zones of softness and rigidity within the same device — delivering support that feels natural and responsive.

Most Next-Gen orthotics are printed on site and ready within days.

Finishing & Fitting

Each pair is hand-finished and top-covered before your fitting appointment.
Your podiatrist checks comfort and alignment, makes any refinements, and ensures your orthotics fit seamlessly within your footwear.
Follow-up reviews or minor adjustments are included within three months.

Why It’s Different

Targeted Support, Not Rigid Control

Variable-density design allows support and cushioning to be applied only where it is clinically required.

Precision Assessment And Fit

High-resolution digital scanning (accurate to 0.3 mm) shapes your orthotics from your actual foot structure and movement.

Clinician-Designed From Start To Finish

The podiatrist who assesses you also designs and refines your orthotics, maintaining clinical intent throughout.

Flexible Device Using Advanced TPU

TPU provides shock absorption and responsive support, allowing the orthotic to move more naturally with your foot.

Printed On Site For Faster Supply

On-site production allows most orthotics to be ready within days, not weeks.

Who Benefits from Next-Gen Orthotics

The flexibility of variable-density printing makes these orthotics suitable for nearly all presentations of foot and ankle pain, including:

  • Heel and arch pain (plantar fasciitis, flat feet)

  • Forefoot pain and metatarsalgia

  • Bunions and neuromas

  • Sports and running injuries

  • Occupational strain from long hours on your feet

They’re particularly popular among runners, active adults, and people who’ve struggled with hard, uncomfortable orthotics in the past.

Book Your Next-Gen Assessment

Your assessment includes a detailed podiatry consultation, biomechanical and gait assessment, and high-resolution 3D foot scanning. Your podiatrist will determine whether Next-Gen orthotics are clinically appropriate for you, explain the design approach, and outline the next steps before anything is made.
