Your years in private practice should be about learning, not just surviving. That’s why our New Graduate Program is designed with your success in mind:
- Structured Onboarding – A step-by-step program covering everything from clinical skills to communication and admin.
- Structured Mentorship – One-on-one supervision sessions each month with a Senior Podiatrist, plus informal support whenever you need it.
- Probation Support – At 3 and 6 months, we review your progress together, celebrate wins, and address challenges with extra guidance.
- Gradual Caseload Growth – Start with longer consult times and fewer patients per day, giving you confidence before scaling up.
- Pay Progression – Salary reviews at 6, 12 and 24 months, aligned with competency development.

Our admin staff are the heartbeat of the clinic. More than receptionists, they are the first impression patients get and the backbone of our daily operations.
