Orthotics
Insoles made for you
We Do Orthotics. Better!
Designed by your podiatrist, not someone in an offsite lab.
Your orthotics should be as unique as your footprint.
At The Foot Clinics, every custom orthotic device is designed and manufactured in-house by your treating podiatrist using advanced 3D scanning and multi-colour 3D printing technology.
We use multiple design methods and materials to create the perfect match for your feet – from flexible, next-generation printed options to proven classic styles – all crafted by the same clinical team who assessed you.
The result? Orthotics that fit better, feel better, and are ready in days, not weeks.
Why Custom Orthotics?
Generic over the counter or prefabricated insoles are limited with how they can help you. They often only allow cushioning or very little support for your problem.
Custom orthotics are medical-grade devices prescribed and designed by your podiatrist to correct the cause, not just mask the pain.
At The Foot Clinics, advanced digital tools meet real clinical expertise to deliver orthotics that are precise, durable, and completely tailored to how you move.
What Custom Orthotics Can Do
- Targeted pain relief: Ease heel, arch, or forefoot pain from plantar fasciitis, flat feet, bunions, or neuromas.
- Better alignment: Improve how your feet, knees, and hips move to reduce fatigue and strain.
- Improved comfort: Lightweight, low-profile designs that fit naturally in your shoes.
- Injury prevention: Support muscles and tendons to prevent recurring overload injuries.
- True precision: Each device built from your 3D scan by your own podiatrist.
Every orthotic begins with a detailed assessment – gait analysis, 3D scanning, and pressure mapping – all performed right here in clinic.
Two Proven Methods — One Perfect Fit
At The Foot Clinics, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all.
We use two complementary orthotic technologies – both designed and overseen by our podiatrists – to match every foot, lifestyle, and condition.

The Process
Digital Scanning
We begin with a detailed capture of your feet using advanced 3D scanning technology. This process captures the unique shape and structure of each foot, with incredible accuracy of less than 1mm.
In-House Designing
Our expert podiatrists then use the digital scans to design your custom orthotics in-house. Leveraging cutting-edge software, they tailor the orthotic design to address your specific needs and foot conditions, providing optimal support and comfort.
3D Printing
Once the design is finalized, your orthotics are produced using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. This ensures precision and accuracy, allowing us to create orthotics that fit perfectly and perform effectively for your individual foot type.
Fitting
After the orthotics are printed, we schedule a fitting appointment to ensure they meet your comfort and support requirements. Our podiatrists make any necessary adjustments, guaranteeing that your custom orthotics help you achieve pain-free mobility.
Benefits Of Custom Orthotics
The customised approach and design process means our orthotics are comfortable and easy to wear – not hard and uncomfortable like others.
The latest 3D printing allows our podiatrists to make them thinner and easier to fit into your favorite shoes. Custom orthotics allow our expert podiatrists to get you pain free sooner and back doing the things you enjoy!
Added Value For You
Included in the cost of our custom orthotics is a three-month warranty and review process from the date of issue.
This includes any follow-up appointments, fittings and adjustments to the orthotics to ensure you are on the path to recovery, with no hidden or ongoing costs.
