2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive, during the Albury clinic's advertised opening hours.
3. Eligibility and Entry
  • All patients attending The Foot Clinics Albury during the promotional period are eligible to enter.
  • Entry is also available to visitors attending the Albury clinic without a healthcare appointment.
  • Entry is free. No purchase, consultation or treatment is required.
  • Limit of one entry per person throughout the promotion, regardless of the number of visits or appointments.
  • Entry is voluntary and requires the entrant to provide their name and contact details to reception.
  • Entrants under 18 require parent or guardian consent.
  • Employees involved in administering the promotion and management of The Foot Clinics are ineligible.
  • This promotion applies exclusively to the Albury clinic.
4. Prize
One winner will receive one pair of Altra running shoes, with a maximum retail value of $300 AUD.
The winner may choose from the available Altra footwear range within the stated prize value, subject to available models and sizing. The prize is not redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, an alternative of equal or greater value may be provided with the winner's agreement.
5. Winner Selection
  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The proposed draw date is 8 January 2027 at 12:00 pm AEDT at The Foot Clinics Albury.
  • The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided.
  • The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
  • If the prize remains unclaimed 14 days after notification despite reasonable contact attempts, a redraw will take place on 29 January 2027 at 12:00 pm AEDT.
  • The prize will be arranged for collection or delivery within 28 days of the relevant draw, subject to footwear availability.
6. Privacy
Information collected for the promotion will be used solely to administer the draw and contact the winner. Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Patient clinical information will not be used to administer the promotion.
The winner's identity or photograph will not be used for promotional purposes without appropriate consent, except where publication is required by law.

Participation is voluntary and does not influence clinical care, treatment recommendations or appointment availability.
The promoter may verify entry eligibility and invalidate fraudulent or duplicate entries. Any changes will be managed in accordance with applicable law.
